The desk
Dispatch
A read of what Gus Boone has been posting on X and TikTok, plus an optional Grok brief written from the same archive.
Desk notes
Gus has 44 items on the desk — tweets, 8 TikToks from @polightsociety, 11 quotes and 18 replies. The voice is short: supper-time asides, country names, and the occasional clip he doesn’t bother captioning.
The post that travelled furthest here: “Be ungovernable.”
What keeps coming up is tiktok. Country records sit next to family, food, and people he actually talks to — Iso hitting 5.5k, Brock in the town square, a warning not to buy a locked T-Mobile phone.
